The presented Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “the Policy”) applies to the TRIUMF Apart Hotel and all companies and hotels in the group of hotels (hereinafter referred to as “TRIUMF”). At TRIUMF, we value your trust in us and recognize that privacy is an important issue for us. This Policy is designed to clarify our actions regarding personal information we receive from you at https://hotel-triumf.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) by written or oral communication with us, information you leave when visiting one of our hotels, or from other sources. We use personally identifiable information you collectly to maintain and operate the Site, to provide and develop hotel services, processing your reservations and reservations, improving and personalizing your engagement with the Site.

TRIUMF collects and processes your Personal Information only in the manner permitted by applicable law. We collect personal information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Personal information includes:

We may ask for information about people traveling with you, including their names and additional information. We may also collect information related to conversations, including recording conversations or monitoring customer support requests, for the purpose of providing and improving the quality of service, as well as other communications, such as messages in mobile applications and SMS.

In addition to information we receive directly from you, we may also receive information about you based on information we obtain from other sources.

2. Personal information, received from third parties

It is important for us to constantly update and update your personal information so that we may receive information about you from external sources, such as public databases. When the law provides for consent to the processing of certain types of Personal Information or certain forms of processing,

  • We may use your Personal Information to improve TRIUMF’s services and products and to ensure that our Site, our products and services are of interest to you.

  • We use your personal information to notify you of changes to our services, changes to the Site, and changes to this Policy.

You have the right at any time and without charge, either make a payment requesting us to discontinue the use and processing of your Personal Data for marketing purposes or to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data altogether. 4. Personal information that we share

To offer you a high level of service, we may share your personal information between TRIUMF Hotels, our service providers and other third parties listed below:

  • We may share your personal information between Triumph hotels.
  • We may partner with other companies to provide you with products, services or offers based on your customer experience in our hotels and, accordingly, share your personal information with our business partners. If you are a TRIUMF client, we may share your personal information with our business partners, to reward you through your loyalty program. We also share personal information with third parties, such as airlines and payment systems, so that we and our partners can offer you online advertising.
  • We may share personal information with our on-site services, such as concierge, spa, grocery delivery.
  • We trust our partners to provide services and products on our behalf and may provide you with your personal information. Usually, our partners are committed to protecting your personal information and may not otherwise use or share your personal information except as required by law.
  • As the TRIUMF Hotel Network develops, we may purchase, sell, renovate, or reorganize our hotels, as well as discontinue servicing the hotel that is currently part of our hotel group. In such cases, we may transfer, sell or transmit the collected personal and other information (described below) to one or more affiliated or independent companies, as part of the hotel sales or purchase agreements. To the extent that where required by local law, we will notify our intention to share personal information with a third party for this purpose and explain how you can opt out of such transfer.
  • While staying at the hotel, we may disclose your telephone number to TRIUMF Group companies for the purpose of providing telemarketing services in accordance with your preferences and interests, in accordance with applicable law. We may also receive your phone number from our partners or other sources that we may use for telemarketing purposes.
  • In addition, TRIUMF may provide personal information to third parties for the following purposes: (i) to comply with applicable law; the privacy, security or property of TRIUMF, site visitors, guests, employees or the public interest, (v) to use available remedies or minimize the damage that may be caused to us, (vi) to ensure compliance with the Emergency Response Housing Rules (vii).

5. Other information we collect

When you visit and interact with the Site and other applications, TRIUMF collects information that does not directly identify you when you use the site, such as the directory of pages you visit and the number of visits to our site (“Other Information”). We use other information to deliver email, online advertising (on our sites and other sites) and mobile advertising. TRIUMF may also use other information to allow third parties to recognize you as a TRIUMF client when visiting a partner’s website or application, or to identify you as one of our clients when you visit TRIUMF websites or applications, to provide more offers, of interest to you.

union membership, health, sex life or sexual orientation, genetic information, criminal records, and any biometric data used for identification purposes. We usually do not collect sensitive information unless it is provided by you. We may use your health information, to provide you with better services that meet your specific needs (for example, the information provided in the Notes section during the booking process).

7. Personal information of minors

We do not collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. As a parent or guardian, please do not allow your children to share personal information without your permission.

TRIUMF takes reasonable steps to: (i) protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, and (ii) keep accurate and up-to-date information privately. We also strive to so that our partners and service providers with whom we share personal information make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of personal information about you.

For online transactions, we use current technology measures to protect the personal information you provide to us through our site. However, unfortunately, no security or data transmission system over the Internet can be fully protected.

For the protection of your privacy, please do not send us payment card details or any other personal information for making payments by email.

We will never contact you by phone or text message, including e-mail to request your sensitive information or payment card information.
If you receive a request on behalf of TRIUMF about your payment card by email or sms, please do not reply, most likely you are dealing with fraudsters.

9. International exchange of personal information

TRIUMF, as an international company, strives to provide you with the high level of hotel services you expect from TRIUMF across Europe.
To provide these services, you acknowledge that we may share your personal information with Triumph Hotels, our service providers and other partners who may be located in other countries. If you are a TRIUMF client, the information you provided to us at the time of registration is accessible to you, the information may be changed and updated at any time when you contact TRIUMF.

11. Preservation of personal information
